Underground Parking Lot of Estrada Governador Albano de Oliveira to Open for Light Vehicles from 1st May

In line with the objectives of the Macao SAR Government for the rational distribution and use of public resources, and to help alleviate the parking needs of nearby residents on Estrada Governador Albano de Oliveira, in Taipa, the Macao Light Rapid Transit Corporation, Limited (MLM) has repurposed the underground heavy passenger motor vehicles parking lot on Estrada Governador Albano de Oliveira to accommodate both heavy passenger vehicles and light vehicles starting from 00:00 on 1^st May, with a charging scheme at half-hour intervals.

The entrance and exit of the parking lot are located on Estrada Governador Albano de Oliveira, adjacent to the Windsor Arch residential complex. After the adjustments, this parking facility will provide 105 spaces for light vehicles, two spaces designated for disabled individuals, and nine spaces for heavy passenger vehicles with monthly passes. Parking fees will be charged at half-hour intervals, with rates set at 3 MOP per half-hour or up to 30 minutes between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., and 1.5 MOP during off-peak hours. Heavy passenger vehicles will be available exclusively on a monthly rental basis. The parking lot accepts cash, Macau Pass, credit card, and electronic payment via QR codes.
